Many of us feel we need to be at a certain place in life by a certain age to be considered successful or established. Myself, being one of those persons.  I never looked at where I was in those present moments in life as successful. I always felt like I was chasing something, a dream, but was unaware what “the dream” was.  Being unaware caused me not to appreciate and enjoy the present moment.  I compared myself to my peers or old classmates and second guessed my life decisions.  Yes, I knew I was a dedicated and loving parent, however I didn’t associate that with life success.  Every year that went felt as though I was loosing time to be successful but no idea in what.  Here I am now 40 years old, my bad 41 years old ( after 40 you loose count LOL) starting a business.  The process of starting the business has been so fulfilling. So far it has been too good to be true. I am not sure where this journey will lead me but I am glad I didn’t allow the detours I’ve had in life allow me to believe that I cannot strive for more regardless of age.  Never settle or give up on your dreams, even if you are not quite sure what it is… GOD will make it clear when it is time.
